I love reading http://www.churchleaders.com although at times in Youth Ministry it’s hard to know if you are a church leader. It’s thoughts or posts like the one I’m highlighting today that remind me that a good Youth Pastor is a central part of a whole-church ministry team.
Three simple steps to keep your teens in Church.
1.Make sure they are converted
2.Make sure they are equipped for the world we live in
3.Make sure their parents are playing their part!
Like all ‘how to’ guides online (the ones worth reading) the only thing easy about them is the language, the actions are difficult. In this case the actions maybe difficult, but they aren’t pointless. They have been the cornerstone of my ministry philosophy for some time.
